Horrible wash and even worse company. Ernie’s got bought out by Prestige Car Wash and its customer service is nonexistent. I had my car washed at the West Boylston and the employee working scratched several panels on my car with the handheld brush before the wash started. It sounded dry and you could hear it on the paint. Once the car dried you could see the damage. The car wasn’t clean at all from the wash and you can see the scratches following the brush marks left by the employee. I called the location and after 4 separate trips back to the location so they could take more pictures. It was always a runaround answer to waste my time driving back to the location. They finally sent me to the Grove St location where they were going to have the manager of that location polish out the scratches. We set a date to drop the car off only to have him text me a few days later saying the general manager is not longer taking care of the issue. So much time and gas wasted with them having me drive all around only to have them go back on their agreement to fix the damage they caused.

What the hell happened to this place? I have gone there for decades now half the bays are closed. There's no signs on the ones out of order its only after you put your money in you find out the foaming brush doesn't work. Every change/token machine is out of order. I just stopped by yesterday to spray the saltwater off my kayak on the way home from the cape 3min and 45 seconds I used. The charge on my credit card pending is $19 God damm dollars. If that's what goes through after transaction is settled I'm back charging the card and never coming back. That out and out stealing from people. Put a sign out saying twenty dollars for 4 min and see how many people put their CC in.

Ernie's was bought by Prestige. I stop by yesterday for the first time after the new management change. I purchase the Wheels Special for $18.50 and unfortunately, it was very Bad, very poorly of a service. My car was still dirty after it went through. I was the only customer there and they did a such a terrible job. They scrub a little bit on the car and on the wheels. The staff seem new as well. When it was own by Ernie's I did not had this happened to me. I am not satisfy and I will not go there again.

I wash my car few times in this car wash For 18 $ pack it was satisfactory but today I washed for 20$ very bad experience they are using same water so outside i see ok but under side and engine room it was far better before now full of white and ash dirt all deposits in by car frame. Battery area is too bad,

Have been here quite a few times with other vehicles. I came here to wash my new car and whatever chemicals they are using seriously damaged the plastic trim on my vehicle. I waited 3 hours and rinsed the car twice more at home before coming to the conclusion that I now have to pay a detailing service to restore my trim on a car I’ve owned for little over a week.
